So...(yeah..I use the word a lot. I also worship too often at the altar of the goddess... Ellipsis....[just google it])
....do you have a Bucket List??
Mine is fairly small. I've seen and done a lot of things that many people haven't. (Oy! Minds out of the gutter, thank you!!)
Here's what I have so far....
- See Adam Ant, live, in concert.
- See the Northern Lights, live, in concert. Or, just, ya know, live.
- Go gator hunting.
Actually, I'd like to do the gator hunting thing twice. Once, while I'm young enough to enjoy it. The next time, as a finale:
"How did she die??"
"Gator hunting!! At the age of 97!! Tough old bird, wasn't she??"
Beats the hell out of...
"How did she die??"
"Pooping her pants in a nursing home!"
Am I right, or am I right??
We should have been able to see the Aurora Borealis here in Ohio a few nights ago, thanks to a rather large solar flare, but if it happened, I missed it. I was hoping to see it without leaving home. *shrugs* Guess to see it I'll have to go north a bit, but what the heck? You only live once, right? And Eöl, Little Sis, and I are enjoying some free time and doing a bit of travel, so that's on the agenda.
As for Adam Ant **swoon**, His Royal Antness is doing another US Tour and guess who is going???? Ermagherd!! ** Pants**Swoons*** Yes!! Yours truly will be in an audience of The Dandy Highwayman Himself!!
I can't wait!! I'm so excited!! But don't worry; even having the biggest Bucket List item checked off, I still have a LOT to live for: amazing friends (Waves to the J's!!), great family, and the best garden ever. :)

I wasnt going to comment because im confused by you and Jen. I've obviously missed something and will google. Gators on your bucket list? Id pick something a bit faster if i was looking for a fun way out. Im having lots of disturbing visions of pain, teeth, drowning etc.
LOL Lynda: Ellipsis is the word for those three dots...and referring to it as The Goddess Ellipsis is just my way of being facetious. ;)
Gators just sound like a cool way to go. I'm open to suggestions, though. ;)
Jen, I thought that looked familiar!
