A blog about homesteading, homeschooling, and gardening, with a dash of humor and sprinkle of sarcasm. Also a lot of ranting about...um...everything. (All opinions expressed are my own and do not reflect those of my employers, clients, fellow homesteaders, or the world at large.)

Hmmm, that does sound a bit odd. But if it makes you feel any better, I JUST this afternoon started planting my vegetable plants. And it's been sunny & warm so the weather wasn't an excuse.
Yeah... it's June. I was out picking blackberries at 11:30 PM last night sweating, swatting skeeters, and listening to a bird off in the distance.
Also been waging war on those blasted 'mater hornworms.
We had some 90+ degree days, then a cold front moved in. Today's high was barely in the 60's, overcast, drizzle, windy, and downright cold after those toasty days. I am freezing!!
