Me: *cusses loudly* I need to speak to a real person.
Phone computer: Did you say "no power"? Please say yes or no.
Me: GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

Oh I REALLY hate phone computers.
I really don't know which is worse: phone computers, or "customer service" reps that don't understand english. They both make me want to bang my head against the wall. lol
