In the real world

Big Sis has officially graduated. We had a huge party with tons of food, lots of people, and many, many squirt guns. Oh yes, you read that right...squirt guns. Big Sis didn't want a dull grad party like so many she'd been to.

"Old people eating cake and staring at the kids...no thanks...we need to have fun while we can get away with it," she tells me.

Fun ended up meaning a weenie roast complete with s'mores, two cakes, ice cream cones, squirt guns, a slip-n-slide, a pinata, party favors, games, oh..and did I mention buckets of water once the squirt guns were deemed insufficient? After all, every kid should be launched into the real world soaking wet, right? ;)
